How does the booking process take place?

1. Inquiry
Of course the first step is looking around our website till you find a trip of your choice. Maybe it is already completely to your wishes, or maybe you want to change some things in there. You have additional questions? This is the step where you write us a mail or fill in one of the forms. Use the yellow button on your right or sent us a mail to info@himalayandreamteam.com. We will without any obligations reply you within 24 hours! Dutch and Belgium customers will be replied in Dutch language and our German customers of course in German. -
2. Reply
We will sent you a detailed proposal and price and you can check if all is okay, again still without any obligation. -
3. Invoice
If you like the plan, we will sent you the final invoice. You can check and still change according to your wishes. -
4. Deposit
If all is according to your wishes, the booking will be final upon arrival of your deposit of 25% of the total amount which is mentioned in the invoice. Use online banking or forward the amount to our bank. It takes approx. 5 days. -
5. Final payment
The final payment has to be done at least four weeks prior to the start of the services in Nepal or upon arrival in Kathmandu at our office. You can pay by online banking or forwarding the amount by your own bank, or upon request pay at our office in cash at arrival. The bank details are listed under ‘Contact us’.
